Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah (JPI) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Central Library of Universitas Sebelas Maret. JPI is a medium for librarians, teachers, lecturers, and practitioners in continuing professional development. Creative ideas become research material implemented in various models of library development dissemination, both print and online. Creativity is the root of the development of lifelong learning with multiple models of literacy culture development in the library. The beauty and accuracy of scientific writing can be realized to produce leading human resources by reading and writing to illuminate the world. Literacy culture is an effort to develop and empower libraries as centers of learning resources to support the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi).
