Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui Keterampilan Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, And Creativity (4C) dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (2) Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Hasil Belajar Siswa dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (3) Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, And Creativity (4C) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Pada Elemen Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey/asosiatif dengan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan software SPSS 25.0. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 responden siswa kelas XI SMK N 2 Kendal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode lembar tes siswa dan metode observasi keterampilan 4C. Pada penelitian ini memiliki sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 89% dan memiliki persamaan regresi linier sederhana yakni Y = 36.857 + 0.552X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Keterampilan critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity (4C) siswa kelas XI pada elemen PKKWU dengan penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning menghasilkan nilai yang baik; (2) Hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada elemen PKKWU dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning sudah menghasilkan nilai yang baik; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity (4C) terhadap hasil belajar siswa elemen PKKWU di SMK N 2 Kendal. Dimana jika siswa mendapatkan nilai yang baik pada keterampilan 4C maka hasil belajar pada elemen produk kreatif dan kewirausahaannya baik juga.

Data collection was robust, involving both student test sheets for learning outcomes and observation methods for assessing 4C skills. The findings are compelling: both 4C skills and student learning outcomes under the PjBL model in PKKWU were found to be at a good level. More significantly, the study established a positive and significant influence of 4C skills on student learning outcomes, accounting for an impressive 89% of the variation, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 36.857 + 0.552X. The results strongly underscore the integrated value of developing 4C skills through the PjBL model, particularly within vocational education contexts like PKKWU. The clear positive and significant correlation suggests that fostering critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity directly translates into improved academic performance. This has substantial implications for curriculum developers and educators, highlighting the efficacy of PjBL as a pedagogical model for nurturing essential 21st-century skills that simultaneously enhance learning outcomes. The study provides robust evidence supporting the intentional integration of 4C skill development within project-based learning environments to maximize student achievement in practical and entrepreneurial subjects.
