Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam cara guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjalankan tugasnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Generative AI, khususnya melalui platform Qwen, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja di lingkungan SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis berbasis praktik langsung, yang melibatkan 27 peserta terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, posttest, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 30,15 poin, serta peningkatan pemahaman tematik sebesar 35–45% pada aspek seperti konsep dasar AI, fungsi Qwen, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan etika teknologi. Peserta merasakan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi waktu dalam menyusun dokumen administratif dan perangkat pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun kesadaran akan potensi AI sebagai mitra kerja profesional. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada penguatan kapasitas digital, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi secara etis dan berkelanjutan.

Future research could expand upon this by conducting longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact on teacher productivity and student outcomes, or by broadening the scope to include comparative analyses of different AI platforms across multiple educational institutions. This study serves as an excellent starting point for leveraging AI as a professional partner in education.
