Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi serta pengembangan kompetensi di era saat ini menjadi suatu dasar untuk pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka. Sekolah beserta guru perlu mempersiapkan diri secara matang, mulai dari memahami struktur program studi mandiri, penilaian, hasil pembelajaran, serta tujuan pembelajaran, hingga pelaksanaan proyek maupun aspek lainnya. Hal ini dapat dilaksanakan melalui partisipasi dalam kegiatan mobilisasi guru maupun mobilisasi sekolah. Pemerintah mendukung penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dengan menyediakan perangkat pengajaran seperti buku teks serta bahan pendukung, pelatihan serta sumber ajar bagi pendidik melalui aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) yang dapat dibuka di laptop ataupun ponsel. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang digaungkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia mendorong inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Platform Merdeka Mengajar hadir sebagai solusi untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan yang lebih fleksibel serta berpusat pada siswa. SMK Negeri di Kota Jambi lembaga pendidikan menengah kejuruan, telah mengadopsi platform ini dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Beberapa guru mengalami kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang fitur platform, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan tantangan adaptasi dengan pendekatan baru dalam pengajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi beberapa guru tersebut didapatkan peneliti melalui pengamatan langsung kepada pengguna platform PMM yaitu guru. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana guru merasa puas dalam menggunakan PMM dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar di SMK Negeri di Kota Jambi dengan model UTAUT. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, serta mengukur tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap fitur-fitur yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dan dapat disimpulkan dari 5 hipotesis yang dikembangkan hipotesis yang diterima yaitu hipotesis Performance Expectancy (H1), Effort Expectancy (H2) dan Behavioral Intervention (H5). 2 hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu hipotesis Social Influence (H3) dan Facilitating Conditions (H4).

The abstract succinctly presents the key findings, indicating that three of the five developed hypotheses were accepted. Specifically, "Performance Expectancy (H1)," which reflects the perceived benefits of using PMM for job performance, and "Effort Expectancy (H2)," concerning the ease of use, were found to significantly influence teacher satisfaction. Additionally, "Behavioral Intervention (H5)," likely referring to direct interventions or support, also played a crucial role. Conversely, "Social Influence (H3)," the extent to which important others believe one should use the system, and "Facilitating Conditions (H4)," the belief that organizational and technical infrastructure exist to support system use, were surprisingly rejected, suggesting these factors do not significantly impact satisfaction in this specific context. The results offer valuable insights into the dynamics of technology adoption within Indonesian vocational schools. The acceptance of Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy underscores that teachers are primarily driven by the perceived utility and usability of PMM. This implies that improving the platform's functionality and ensuring an intuitive user experience are critical for successful implementation. The rejection of Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions is particularly noteworthy; it suggests that while peer pressure or existing support systems might not be direct drivers of satisfaction in Kota Jambi, the intrinsic value and ease of the platform itself are stronger motivators. This could guide future strategies for PMM development and teacher training, emphasizing practical benefits and intuitive design over social persuasion or relying solely on pre-existing infrastructure. This research thus contributes meaningfully to the literature on technology adoption in education, providing actionable data for policymakers and platform developers in Indonesia.
