Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam berbagai bidang termasuk administrasi perkantoran. Integrasi AI di era digital merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur sekunder yang bersumber dari jurnal penelitian dan artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI mampu memberikan strategi efektif untuk mencapai efisiensi dan produktivitas yang lebih tinggi, seperti dalam manajemen dokumen penggunaan AI meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan data, teknologi OCR, dan analisis teks memungkinkan otomatis proses pengarsipan dan pencarian dokumen mengurangi beban kerja secara manual, komunikasi penggunaan chatbots dan asisten virtual meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan dan mempercepat waktu respon dan AI memberikan jawaban cepat akurat, dan pengambilan keputusan mengurangi kesalahan manusia sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan efisien. Walaupun dalam prosesnya masih ada kendala seperti karyawan masih belum memahami penggunaan teknologi baru, masih perlu pelatihan dan pembelajaran karyawan, dan masih ada tantangan dalam proses penerapan AI seperti biaya implementasi, penerimaan karyawan, dan masalah etika dalam penggunaan AI.

It clearly articulates the "what" and "why" of AI's transformative role, laying a foundational understanding for practitioners and researchers alike. To further advance the field, future research could build upon this synthesis by conducting empirical studies, developing detailed implementation roadmaps, or presenting comprehensive cost-benefit analyses specific to the Indonesian context. Addressing the identified barriers, particularly human factors and ethical implications, through practical guidelines and change management strategies, would significantly enhance the applicability of the proposed optimization strategies. Despite the methodological scope, the paper's broad discussion of AI's capabilities and challenges makes a relevant contribution to the ongoing discourse on digital transformation in administrative environments.
