Introduction

Penyuluhan hukum untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait perkawinan . Penyuluhan hukum di Biak Numfor tingkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur dan keabsahan perkawinan sesuai undang-undang Indonesia, hindari masalah hukum perkawinan.

Abstract

Banyaknya perkawinan yang dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan undang-undang mengakibatkan banyaknya permasalahan yang bermunculan dan berdampak pada legalitas perkawinan tersebut. Hal tersebut di temui di Kabupaten Biak Numfor yang banyak terjadi perkawinan tanpa memperhatikan prosedur yang perkawinan itu sendiri. Sehingga menimbulkan berbagai macam polemik. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan hukum tentang keabsahan suatu perkawinan di Kabupaten Biak Numfor.  Metode pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah melalui narasumber yang telah ditentukan. Pemateri diberikan waktu yang telah ditentukan untuk menyampaikan materi. Setelah itu audiens diberikan waktu untuk mengajukan peratnyaan terkait materi yang telah disampaikan oleh narasumber.  Pentingnya kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi masyarakat berkaitan dengan perkawinan berdasarkan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang ada di Indonesia agar pernikahan yang dilaksanakan menjadi perkawinan yang sah di mata hukum dan agama.
