Introduction

Peningkatan pemahaman tentang hak warga negara dalam memperoleh pendidikan bagi pemuda karang taruna di desa lubuk batang lama kabupaten oku. Tingkatkan pemahaman pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Lubuk Batang Lama tentang hak pendidikan warga negara. Penyuluhan hukum ini mengatasi rendahnya partisipasi pendidikan.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak fundamental dan kewajiban warga negara Indonesia yang dijamin oleh konstitusi. Meskipun demikian, di Desa Lubuk Batang Lama, partisipasi pendidikan tingkat menengah masih rendah akibat berbagai kendala dan kurangnya pemahaman akan hak pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan hukum dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran warga, terutama pemuda Karang Taruna, mengenai hak mereka untuk mendapatkan pendidikan.
