Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hak-hak perempuan penyandang disabilitas yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016, serta mendorong penguatan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui pemberdayaan pengetahuan hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action research melalui ceramah (40%) dan diskusi interaktif (60%) yang diikuti anggota Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas Indonesia (HWDI). Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman hak-hak perempuan penyandang disabilitas, termasuk perlindungan dari kekerasan, diskriminasi, dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penyuluhan partisipatif efektif dalam memperkuat kesadaran hukum dan mendorong partisipasi aktif perempuan penyandang disabilitas dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.
