Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis generasi muda yang terjun dalam bidang pertanian. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut ialah dengan regenerasi petani muda melalui pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Model pendidikan budaya agraris di Madrasah Aliyah Binnur ialah pendidikan integralistik 2) Strategi pengenalan budaya agararis di Madrasah Aliyah Binnur yaitu keteladanan dari Nabi Muhammad SAW, pengubahan pola pikir peserta didik tentang profesi petani, santri ndalem sebagai umpan untuk menarik minat peserta didik lain, dan wacana pembagian insentif & bagi hasil. Implementasi pendidikan budaya agraris melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 3) Dampak positif pendidikan budaya agraris terhadap Madrasah Aliyah Binnur yaitu tidak sengaja terbentuknya brand image sebagai sekolah “SantriTani” dan dampak negatifnya yaitu ekstrakurikuler lain yang terdapat di Madrasah Aliyah Binnur kurang ditonjolkan. Sedangkan dampak positif pendidikan budaya agraris terhadap peserta didik yaitu peserta didik menjadi pribadi yang lebih bersyukur dan memotivasi peserta didik untuk bekerja keras dan pantang menyerah. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya yaitu peserta didik tidak mandiri.
