The proposed methodology, centered on practical training and demonstration, directly supports skill transfer and community empowerment. The initiative's primary strength lies in its practical application of food waste utilization, addressing both environmental sustainability and potential food security concerns by exploring alternative local ingredients. The focus on empowering local communities, particularly PKK mothers, through skill development for producing value-added products from rambutan seeds is highly commendable. This not only promises to diversify dietary options but also offers a viable pathway for generating economic opportunities, fostering self-reliance and local entrepreneurship within the target community.
