Abstract

Publikasi ilmiah di jurnal internasional bereputasi menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi mahasiswa pascasarjana, namun berbagai kendala seperti kemampuan bahasa, pengalaman menulis, dan akses sumber daya masih menjadi tantangan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pelatihan penulisan publikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) UPI dirancang dengan lima sesi secara daring dan luring yang mencakup metodologi riset, struktur artikel, analisis data, pemilihan jurnal, dan simulasi pengiriman manuskrip. Survei evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman metodologi riset, teknik publikasi, dan standar jurnal internasional. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap materi dan pendampingan mencapai 76,5% sangat puas dan 23,5% puas. Selain itu, kepercayaan diri peserta untuk mempublikasikan karya ilmiah di jurnal bereputasi menggambarkan 52,9% peserta merasa yakin, 29,4% sangat yakin, dan 17,6% cukup yakin. Program ini tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian akademik peserta tetapi juga menjadi model pelatihan yang dapat direplikasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas publikasi mahasiswa pascasarjana di masa depan.
