Pelaksanaan home visit guna mengetahui kendala belajar siswa pada masa pandemi covid 19 di mts alwasliyah perdagangan. Menganalisis kendala belajar siswa MTs Al Washliyah Perdagangan selama pandemi COVID-19. Menjelajahi efektivitas home visit guru BK dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
Kendala belajar atau kesulitan belajar adalah kegagalan dalam mencapai tujuan belajar, ditandai dengan prestasi belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan latar belakang yang ada di MTs Al Washliyah Perdagangan yang menunjukan terdapat beberapa siswa yang mengalami kendala belajar pada saat pembelajaran daring. Adapun tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui 1) Kendala belajar siswa 2) Pelaksanaan home visit dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan home visit 3) Hasil belajar siswa setelah pelaksanaan home visit. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepalah sekolah, guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran dan siswa di MTs Al Washliyah Perdagangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaituwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa banyak kendala belajar yang dialami siswa di masa pandemic covid 19 di MTs Al Washliyah Perdagangan yaitu kurang maksimal materi yang disampaikan oleh guru menyebabkan siswa sulit memhami materi, sarana belajar daring yang tidak memadai. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK pada saat pelaksanaan home visit yaitu: 1) Tahap perencanaan. 2) Tahap pelaksanaan. 3) Evaluasi dan analisis. 4) Tindak lanjut. 5) Menyusun laporan. Hasil belajar siswa MTs Al Washliyah Perdagangan setelah pelaksanaan homevisit Siswa semangkin mudah dalam menerima pembelajaran karena ada kesempatan berinteraksi langsung denganguru bapada saat home visit. Its strength lies in its direct relevance to immediate educational problems and its documentation of a structured approach to home visits, providing a clear model for implementation. While the abstract confidently states improved learning outcomes, a more detailed elaboration on how these 'results' were measured or observed would enhance the robustness of the claims. Nevertheless, the research successfully outlines practical steps for addressing student difficulties in a specific context and serves as an important case study for other educational institutions facing similar challenges, potentially informing future intervention strategies in remote or blended learning environments.
