Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review dalam mengurai fenomena yang kerap terjadi terkait dengan prokrastinasi akademik, hal yang kerap menimpa mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Prokrastinasi akademik dialami mahasiswa disebabkan beberapa hal terkait dengan buruknya pengelolaan waktu, kesulitan dalam berkonsentrasi, takut gagal, dan kebosanan terhadap tugas. Kondisi mahasiswa tingkat akhir saat mengerjakan skripsi atau tugas akhir akan diuji konsistensi, jika mengalami sampai mengalami prokrastinasi akademik maka akan berdampak pada penyelesaian masa studi, dalam hal ini mahasiswa akan lebih lama selesai dibanding dengan rekan seangkatannya, fenomena ini cukup umum terjadi saat muncul kebuntuan atau burnout dan akhirnya akan memicu kondisi prokrastinasi akademik. Kondisi ini dapat diatasi dengan penggunaan tools berbasis Artificial Intelligence, dengan memanfaatkan beragam sumber ilmiah yang tersedia pada laman online serta optimalisasi Artificial Intelligence maka mahasiswa dapat menjadikan opsi ini sebagai tindakan nyata dalam meminimalisir sikap prokrastinasi yang kerap muncul. Tools berbasis Artificial Intelligence yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dibagi menjadi beberapa yakni AI untuk pencarian sumber ilmiah, asistensi penulisan, paraphrase, ilustrasi data riset, produk office serta meningkatkan produktivitas, dengan keberagaman ini maka muncul istilah AIEd (AI Education) yakni AI yang digunakan dalam ranah pendidikan.

The potential of these tools to alleviate common stressors and bottlenecks associated with academic work is clearly articulated. While the abstract clearly outlines the problem and proposes a range of AI solutions, the 'optimalisasi' (optimization) aspect, central to the paper's title, could benefit from further elaboration within the abstract itself. It would strengthen the abstract to explicitly state how the systematic literature review will *analyze* or *synthesize* findings to define or provide a framework for the *optimal* use and integration of these AI tools, rather than just identifying their availability. Despite this, the research holds significant promise for contributing to strategies aimed at improving student well-being and academic efficiency, offering valuable insights into leveraging emerging technologies to support students through critical phases of their academic journey.
