Di era digital, pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola waktu secara efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas SDM mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis mengenai manajemen waktu guna meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan daya saing pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, pemberian materi secara langsung, serta diskusi interaktif terkait strategi pengelolaan waktu dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya manajemen waktu serta kesediaan untuk menerapkan teknik-teknik pengelolaan waktu dalam aktivitas usaha sehari-hari. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendampingan agar pelaku UMKM dapat terus mengembangkan kemampuan manajerialnya dalam menghadapi dinamika era digital secara berkelanjutan
