The presented results offer a comprehensive overview of how the school approaches HR, from careful planning and collaboration with the Education Office to ongoing development programs and robust maintenance efforts encompassing welfare, incentives, and conflict management. While the abstract provides a strong overview of the research processes and findings, there are areas for potential refinement. The title, "KINERJA MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA" (Performance of Human Resource Management), suggests an evaluation of effectiveness against specific metrics, which is not explicitly demonstrated in the abstract's results section. The findings focus more on *what* is done and *how* it is done rather than quantifiable performance measures. A title emphasizing "Practices," "Strategies," or "Management of Human Resources" might more accurately reflect the presented content. Furthermore, the abstract could benefit from a brief contextualization regarding the unique challenges or significance of studying a school in a potentially remote region like Puncak Jaya, Central Papua, which would underscore the practical relevance and potential transferability of the findings to similar settings. Overall, this study promises a detailed and insightful exploration of HRM within a specific elementary school environment. Its focus on practical strategies for HR planning, development, and maintenance provides valuable descriptive data. To enhance its impact, the authors might consider slightly adjusting the title to better align with the qualitative descriptive nature of the findings. Additionally, incorporating a concise statement about the broader significance of the findings for educational management in remote areas or offering potential recommendations for future research would further strengthen the abstract's scholarly contribution. Despite these minor suggestions, the research appears to be a well-executed case study that offers practical understanding into critical HR functions in an important educational context.
