Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media scrapbook terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa akibat penggunaan metode konvensional yang kurang menarik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental bentuk one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 26 siswa kelas II di SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 05 Semarang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda, dan taraf kesukaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 57,807 (pretest) menjadi 84,538 (posttest). Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung sebesar 10,509 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,060 yang berarti Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media scrapbook efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

This positive shift was further substantiated by a t-test, which yielded a calculated t-value of 10.509, significantly exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.060. Based on these robust statistical results, the study confidently concludes that scrapbook media is highly effective in enhancing the learning outcomes of second-grade students in Pancasila Education. The acceptance of the alternative hypothesis strongly supports the positive impact of this creative instructional tool. This research offers valuable insights for educators seeking engaging and effective methods to teach foundational subjects like Pancasila, suggesting that hands-on, visual media like scrapbooks can significantly boost student understanding and retention, thereby addressing the limitations of conventional teaching approaches.
