Abstract

Angkutan umum merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi yang memainkan peran vital dalam mobilitas masyarakat, terutama di perkotaan. Sebagai sarana yang digunakan oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat, angkutan umum memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting dalam mengurangi kemacetan, menghemat energi, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas bagi warga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode survei merupakan suatu penelitian kualintatif dengan menggunakan pertanyaan sistematis yang sama kepada banyak orang, Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variasi penumpang selama seminggu, sangat bervariasi dengan persentase terbesar didominasi oleh jenis kelamin perempuan, begitu juga Variabel perjalanan selama seminggu juga sangat bervariasi dengan persentase terbesar didominasi oleh rantai perjalanan, dengan rata-rata perjalanan pada trayek ini dominan menuju ke rumah dengan jarak tempuh 17-25 menit
