This paper, titled 'Evaluasi Sistem Pendaftaran Seminar dan Workshop di Lingkungan Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang,' presents a timely and relevant evaluation of the seminar and workshop registration system at the Management Study Program. Employing a descriptive evaluative method with the comprehensive CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) model, the research aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing system. Data were gathered from 153 students from the 2024 cohort via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The study's findings indicate a generally positive impact, though sub-optimal, with specific component scores highlighting areas such as Process (69.5% - kurang) as a significant concern, while Context, Product, and Outcome components were rated 'baik'. The strength of this research lies in its methodical approach and practical relevance. The application of the CIPPO model allows for a holistic understanding of the system's performance, from its underlying needs to its long-term effects. The paper successfully identifies critical issues such as limited access, technical constraints, and insufficient training for committee members and participants, which are common challenges in system implementation. Crucially, it moves beyond problem identification by proposing concrete solutions, including user-friendly system development, human resource capacity building, and optimization of technical processes and infrastructure. These contributions offer valuable insights for the Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang and could serve as a useful case study for other educational institutions facing similar system evaluation challenges. Despite its strengths, the abstract suggests several areas where the research could be further strengthened. While the 2024 student cohort provides a valuable user perspective, expanding the sample to include administrative staff, committee members, or other student cohorts could offer a more comprehensive view of the system's operational effectiveness and efficiency. The abstract mentions 'kendala teknis' and 'keterbatasan akses' but lacks specific detail; elaborating on the nature of these technical and access issues would be crucial for targeted solution implementation. Future research could benefit from a mixed-methods approach, incorporating qualitative data through interviews or observations to gain deeper insights into the user experience and the root causes of the identified problems, particularly regarding the 'Process' component's low score. Additionally, a more detailed discussion on the statistical methods used beyond descriptive percentages would enhance the analytical rigor.
