Abstract

Pada PT. International Business Futures, perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap proses rekrutmen trader yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan inefisiensi waktu, risiko kehilangan data, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses data secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi rekrutmen trader berbasis web guna mengotomatisasi seluruh proses rekrutmen, mulai dari pendaftaran hingga pelaporan, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses rekrutmen dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unifed Modelling Language (UML). Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat diakses secara online, mendukung otomatisasi proses rekrutmen, dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, PT. International Business Futures diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada nasabah.
