Abstract

This article analyses the digitalisation of Italian civil justice, from the Telematic Process to Artificial Intelligence. It examines the Riforma Cartabia and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) regarding the Ufficio per il Processo and judicial reorganization. Through pilot projects, the study assesses digital technologies in the introductory, preliminary, and decision-making phases. Finally, it evaluates the future prospects and limitations of Artificial Intelligence in civil proceedings.
