Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku siswa terhadap nilai-nilai peduli pada diri siswa di lingkungan sekolah, serta strategi untuk menanamkan nilai peduli lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru, karyawan dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipatif, terstruktur, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan di SMA N 16 Semarang dilakukan melalui proses yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap perencanaan dilakukan dengan penyusunan dokumen Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan yang diimplementasikan dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) terintegrasi karakter peduli lingkungan dengan kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, pilar kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, pilar kegiatan berbasis partisipatif ramah lingkungan. Sedangkan tahap Strategi Penanaman Nilai peduli lingkunganya dengan membentuk TIM Duta Lingkungan terdiri dari Tim Merah,Kuning dan Hijau didalamya terdapat mekanisme reward.

Furthermore, the core strategy of forming distinct "Duta Lingkungan" teams (Red, Yellow, Green) coupled with a reward mechanism provides concrete, actionable insights into how these values are operationalized. The findings presented, particularly the structured strategy involving specific teams and a reward system, suggest that the full paper will offer practical and transferable insights for other educational institutions aiming to foster environmental stewardship.
