Perbaikan Kantor IPPP Pelabuhan Perikanan Tambakrejo merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan operasional di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan durasi yang dibutuhkan untuk renovasi kantor guna menjamin proses konstruksi berjalan secara efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan kaidah teknis. Pendekatan penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui kondisi lapangan dan dokumentasi, dan data sekunder seperti gambar rencana kerja dan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Kota Blitar 2023. Total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perbaikan kantor IPPP Pelabuhan Perikanan Tambakrejo adalah Rp107.042.911,31 (termasuk PPN 11%), yang mencakup pemasangan lisplank, plafon, pengecatan, perbaikan struktur minor, penggantian komponen mekanikal-elektrikal, dan perbaikan fasilitas bangunan lainnya. Durasi pelaksanaan proyek ditetapkan 60 hari kalender, dengan tahapan pekerjaan disusun berdasarkan jumlah aktivitas dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penyusunan RAB yang tepat dan penjadwalan yang tepat akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan proyek dari segi biaya, mutu, dan ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan.
