Abstract

O presente artigo traz reflexões sobre intersecções entre Inteligência Artificial e Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, destacando a complexidade da Inteligência Artificial como tecnologia integrada ao mundo do trabalho e à prática educativa. A Inteligência Artificial, caracterizada por sua capacidade de análise de dados e decisões complexas, levanta questões éticas e práticas na vida social e na formação dos trabalhadores. O debate incorpora desde os impactos econômicos e sociais até a regulamentação global, enfatizando a necessidade de abordagens críticas, no processo educativo, acerca das transformações tecnológicas. A evolução do trabalho e da educação, desde sociedades primitivas até a era da inteligência artificial, também são trazidos para análise, com ênfase para as transformações que surgem com o aparecimento da Inteligência Artificial, que exigem mudanças no sistema educacional, mas que não apontam para a superação das dualidades estruturais históricas. São discutidos, ainda, o impacto da inteligência artificial na formação humana, destacando preocupações como viés algorítmico, antropomorfização e direitos humanos. Por fim, trata-se da interdisciplinaridade, que se apresenta como perspectiva fundamental para refletir sobre esses desafios, capacitando estudantes a compreender os impactos sociais e éticos da Inteligência Artificial.
