Introduction

Rancang bangun sistem informasi si ujikom lembaga sertifikasi profesi smkn 1 pelaihari. Sistem informasi Si Ujikom mengatasi masalah pendaftaran uji kompetensi di LSP-P1 SMKN 1 Pelaihari. Mengelola pendaftaran, skema, penjadwalan, hingga laporan hasil dengan CodeIgniter 4.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Pelaihari merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pihak Pertama (LSP-P1) oleh BNSP. Namun, proses pendaftaran uji kompetensi sebelumnya memiliki beberapa kekurangan, seperti tidak adanya validasi data saat pendaftaran serta keterbatasan akses pihak sekolah terhadap data peserta dan laporan asesmen. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti membuat sistem Si Ujikom untuk mengelola uji kompetensi seperti proses pendaftaran peserta, penginputan skema, sampai pendataan hasil assessment. Si Ujikom dikembangkan menggunakan model SDLC waterfall dan framework CodeIgniter 4. Sistem ini mencakup fitur pendaftaran peserta, pengelolaan skema uji, penjadwalan, pengisian dokumen, serta pelaporan hasil uji kompetensi. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox, seluruh fitur Si Ujikom berfungsi sesuai dengan fungsi yang diharapkan. Sedangkan User Acceptance Testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuan klien dan mampu mempermudah manajemen uji kompetensi di LSP-P1 SMKN 1 Pelaihari yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan skor 41 dari total 50.

The rigor of the system's validation is supported by both blackbox testing, which confirmed the expected functionality of all features, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The UAT results, notably a score of 41 out of a possible 50, strongly indicate that Si Ujikom effectively meets client requirements and significantly streamlines the administrative burden associated with competency test management at LSP-P1 SMKN 1 Pelaihari. This practical implementation offers a substantial improvement in operational efficiency for vocational schools operating as certification bodies. While the paper clearly showcases the successful development and positive reception of Si Ujikom, future research could benefit from a more detailed exposition of the User Acceptance Testing methodology, including the participant demographics, specific test scenarios, and the criteria that define the 50-point scoring scale, to provide enhanced context for the reported success. Furthermore, exploring the system's long-term sustainability, security architecture, and potential for scalability and broader adoption across other LSP-P1 institutions would undoubtedly enrich its academic and practical contributions. Nonetheless, this work presents a highly relevant and effective solution that directly tackles pressing administrative challenges in vocational certification, offering a valuable blueprint for similar educational institutions.
