Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kegiatan pelayanan gudang CFS di Terminal Petikemas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitiia kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Proses peningkatan pelayanan gudang Conatiner Freight Station yang menerangkan proses peningkatan pelayanan gudang, kegiatan delivery, biaya penumpukan gudang container freight station dan beserta penambahan kekurangan fasilitas di gudang beserta penyelesaiannya. 2) Hambatan- hambatan yang terjadi saat melakukan proses peningkatan pelayanan gudang container freight station yang mana menerangkan banyak atau tidaknya hambatan tersebut terjadi. Saran: bagi gudang CFS harus memperhatikan fasilitas-fasilitas yang kurang menunjang di gudang dan yang belum terdapat di gudang dan jika sudah mengetahui, mengajukan pengadaan kepada Kantor TPKS untuk segera memberikan fasilitas-fasilitas atau peralatan yang kurang di Gudang CFS.

The explicit suggestion for CFS warehouses to address facility shortcomings and propose procurement to the TPKS Office demonstrates a clear and tangible path for improvement. While the qualitative descriptive nature provides depth, the generalizability of findings may be limited to similar operational environments. Future research could potentially delve deeper into the *root causes* of the identified obstacles and explore the *quantitative impact* of the proposed facility upgrades, perhaps through a cost-benefit analysis. Nonetheless, this study provides a solid foundation for operational improvements within the specified port context.
