Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan keuangan pada produsen beras premium berbasis teknologi smart farming di PT Agro Panca Unggul (APU). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif untuk menggali aspek-aspek penting dalam perencanaan keuangan yang mendukung keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan. Fokus penelitian meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan modal, strategi penetapan harga, pengelolaan biaya, serta proyeksi keuangan yang mencakup titik impas (Break Even Point/BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT APU merencanakan kebutuhan modal sebesar Rp 60 miliar, yang sebagian besar berasal dari setoran modal pemegang saham dan sisanya dari pinjaman bank, untuk investasi teknologi smart farming dan pengembangan infrastruktur. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan model keuangan agribisnis berbasis teknologi di Indonesia dengan prediksi peningkatan signifikan dalam lima tahun ke depan. Perencanaan keuangan PT APU dirancang secara matang dan komprehensif untuk mendukung implementasi teknologi smart farming, memberikan fondasi yang kuat bagi pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan
