Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) berkontribusi dalam memperkuat ketahanan rantai pasok industri di tengah meningkatnya ketidakpastian global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana sistem berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan visibilitas rantai pasok, memprediksi potensi gangguan, memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan adaptif, serta mengoptimalkan alur operasi pada jaringan industri yang saling terhubung. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini meninjau berbagai penerapan AI termasuk algoritma machine learning, pemodelan prediktif, alat peramalan otomatis, dan pemantauan real-time yang digunakan dalam lingkungan manufaktur dan logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu memperkuat deteksi gangguan, mempercepat tindakan mitigasi, dan meningkatkan kelincahan rantai pasok, sehingga memungkinkan industri untuk tetap beroperasi dalam kondisi yang bergejolak. Selain itu, optimalisasi berbasis AI mendukung pengendalian persediaan yang lebih efisien, waktu tunggu yang lebih singkat, serta koordinasi yang lebih baik antar mitra rantai pasok.
