Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran pada kelas yang beragam. Guru-guru pendidikan dasar di Kecamatan Batangan Kabupaten Pati, sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran diferensiasi yang bermanfaat untuk peserta didik. Pelatihan tentang pembelajaran diferensiasi, menjadi satu upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru mengelola kelas, melakukan assesment, dan evaluasi berbasis pada diferensiasi peserta didik di kelas. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan, menguatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran diferensiasi di kelas. Kemudian, pada akhir sesi juga diberikan materi tentang unggah artikel ilmiah dalam website jurnal ilmiah. Kegiatan PkM ini terencana dalam beberapa tahapan kegiatan, yang secara bertahap dilakukan, yakni penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, pendampingan, dan pelembagaan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Batangan, Kabupaten Pati. Bertempat di SD Negeri Kedalon 2, dikuti oleh guru kelas. Penguatan dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan kehadiran tokoh pendidikan, Koordinator Wilayah UPTD Dinas Pendidikan dan Pengawas Sekolah di Kecamatan Batangan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 2 fase kegiatan, yakni kegiatan luring berupa sosialisasi dan workshop; kegiatan berikutnya dilaksanakan secara daring, yakni presentasi hasil projek yyang dikerjakan peserta. Luaran dari kegiatan telah tercapai dengan peningkatan keterampilan guru pendidikan dasar di Kecamatan Batangan, Kabupaten Pati. Selanjutnya, dapat memproduksi media, bentuk-bentuk asesmen dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran diferensiasi.
