Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tentang dampak program Jumat Berkah melalui kegiatan cooking class pada peserta didik Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Ash Shibiyan Cipatujah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. PAUD Ash Shibiyan ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena menunjukkan dinamika dan perkembangan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia serta memiliki komitmen terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan khususnya di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan studi pustaka (library research) dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Jumat Berkah dan kegiatan Cooking Class berkontribusi meningkatkan karakter empati yang tinggi pada anak usia dini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan program Jumat Berkah yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar. Kegiatan Jumat berkah ini telah membentuk kepribadian anak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam yaitu cinta kepada Allah Subhanahuwata'ala dan Rasul-Nya yang membawa manfaat bagi agama, orang tua, keluarga dan masyarakat.
