Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media E-jobsheet serta mengetahui kelayakan media E-jobsheet pada pembuatan sulaman smock siswa kelas XI tata busana SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang mencakup tahapan pendefinisian (Define), perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop), dan penyebaran (Disseminate). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Hasil validasi terhadap ahli materi yaitu diperoleh rata-rata persentase 88,8% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. (2) Hasil validasi terhadap ahli media yaitu diperoleh rata-rata persentase 89,4% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. (3) Pada tahap uji coba pengembangan E-jobsheet pada peserta didik dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dengan hasil dari uji coba kelompok kecil (90,7%), uji coba kelompok sedang (92,6%) dan uji coba kelompok besar (92,7%). (4) Hasil yang diperoleh melalui pengisian angket kelayakan guru yaitu rata rata persentase 92,5% dan dapat dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil persentase tersebut diperoleh respon positif sehingga media E-jobsheet pembuatan sulaman smock yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The study titled "PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN E-JOBSHEET PEMBUATAN SULAMAN SMOCK PADA KELAS XI TATA BUSANA DI SMK PUTRA ANDA BINJAI" presents a relevant exploration into enhancing vocational education through digital learning tools. The findings demonstrate a consistently high level of feasibility and acceptance for the developed E-jobsheet. Validation from material experts yielded an average of 88.8%, while media expert validation achieved 89.4%, both categorized as "Sangat Layak" (Very Feasible). Crucially, student trials across small, medium, and large groups returned overwhelmingly positive results (90.7%, 92.6%, and 92.7% respectively), further affirming its usability and appeal to the target users. Additionally, teacher feedback, with a 92.5% average, reinforced the medium's perceived value and practicality in the classroom. The research's strength lies in its comprehensive validation process involving multiple stakeholders, which lends significant credibility to the E-jobsheet's assessed feasibility. The systematic application of the 4D model ensures a well-structured development cycle. The positive and consistent results across all validation stages strongly suggest that this E-jobsheet is a highly viable and beneficial tool for teaching smock embroidery. While the study effectively establishes feasibility, future research could explore the actual impact of the E-jobsheet on student learning outcomes, skill acquisition, and long-term retention compared to traditional methods. Nonetheless, this study provides a valuable contribution to the field of educational technology in vocational training, offering a well-validated digital resource for practical skills instruction.
