Notably, these three variables account for 46% of the variance in customer satisfaction, underscoring their substantial role in shaping customer experiences and perceptions at Coffee Shop and Bistro Cak Kreebo Wlingi. While the study offers valuable data for the management of Coffee Shop and Bistro Cak Kreebo Wlingi to enhance customer satisfaction, a key finding points to an area for future exploration: 54% of customer satisfaction remains unexplained by the variables included. This suggests that other factors not examined in this research play a considerable role in overall customer happiness. Future studies could benefit from incorporating additional variables such as product quality, pricing strategies, or brand loyalty. Nonetheless, this research provides a strong empirical foundation, advising businesses in the culinary industry to prioritize exceptional service ethics, high service quality, and a conducive cafe atmosphere to foster greater customer contentment and loyalty.
