Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada klinik kecantikan graha ayu. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Kecantikan Graha Ayu. Temukan bagaimana kedua faktor ini secara signifikan meningkatkan performa staff.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada klinik kecantikan Graha Ayu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain survei, studi ini dilaksanakan di Klinik Kecantikan Graha Ayu, Kecamatan Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang selama bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2024. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 7 karyawan dan 2 pemilik klinik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 27.0 untuk Windows. Validitas dan reliabilitas data diperkuat melalui expert judgement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05; koefisien 0,377), demikian pula dengan disiplin kerja (sig. 0,027 < 0,05; koefisien 0,456). Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (uji F 0,000 < 0,05), dengan kemampuan variabel independen menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan sebesar 95,2%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara konsisten akan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen klinik untuk memfokuskan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin kerja guna mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan produktivitas klinik kecantikan Graha Ayu.

Nevertheless, the study provides valuable initial insights into the crucial role of motivation and discipline in employee performance within the specific context of a beauty clinic, emphasizing the importance of human resource strategies focused on these areas for optimizing service quality and productivity.
