This study, titled "PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH (DPRD) KABUPATEN PASANGKAYU," addresses a highly relevant topic concerning the factors influencing employee performance within a public sector organization. The objective is clearly stated: to ascertain the impact of leadership, training, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Pasangkayu Regional House of Representatives Secretariat. This focused approach provides a valuable contribution to understanding organizational dynamics within local government bodies. Methodologically, the research adopted a descriptive approach, utilizing questionnaires distributed to 41 respondents. The findings reveal a compelling relationship, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.875, indicating a very strong collective association between leadership, training, and work environment and employee performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.765, or 76.5%, suggests that these three independent variables jointly explain a significant proportion of the variance in employee performance. This quantitative evidence highlights their substantial combined influence, while also acknowledging that 23.5% of performance is attributed to other uninvestigated factors. While the study provides robust statistical evidence for the combined effect of the chosen variables, further detail on the methodology and individual variable contributions would enhance its depth. The abstract would benefit from specifying the precise statistical tests employed to derive these relationships (e.g., regression analysis for individual predictor significance) and discussing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used. Additionally, although the findings are significant, the relatively small sample size of 41 respondents might warrant discussion regarding the generalizability of these results beyond the specific context. Nevertheless, the paper successfully identifies and quantifies the critical role of leadership, training, and work environment in shaping public employee performance.
