Introduction

Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di smk nusantara jakarta barat. Analisis pengaruh struktur modal & pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan properti di BEI (2021-2023), dengan perputaran modal sebagai moderasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas dengan perputaran modal sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021–2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi BEI. Populasi berjumlah 94 perusahaan dan sampel penelitian yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan 48 perusahaan sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas, namun memoderasi pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi pengelolaan aset sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan dampak pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengelola struktur keuangan dan efisiensi operasional guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.
