PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP SOPIR TRUK TAMBANG YANG MELAKUKAN PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS (Studi di Kec. Labuhan Haji, Kabupaten Lombok Timur)

Introduction

Penegakan hukum terhadap sopir truk tambang yang melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas (studi di kec. Labuhan haji, kabupaten lombok timur). Menganalisis penegakan hukum terhadap sopir truk tambang di Lombok Timur yang melanggar lalu lintas, serta upaya represif dan preventif Satlantas dalam menanggulanginya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penegakan hukum terhadap sopir truk tambang yang melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas dan bagaimana upaya satlantas Polres Lombok Timur dalam menanggulangi pelanggaran lalu lintas sopir truk tambang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Polres Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat empiris melalui pendekatan sosiologis. Hasil penelitian upaya penegakan hukum adalah dengan upaya represif yaitu memberikan Tindakan langsung kepada pelaku yaitu sopir truk yang melakukan pelanggaran dan upaya menanggulangi yang dilakukan Satlantas polres Lombok Timur adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan himbauan secara langsung dan poster himbauan di pinggir jalan. Kata kunci : Penegakan hukum, Menanggulangi, Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas  Truk Tambang. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the law enforcement against mining truck drivers who commit traffic violations and an attempt conducted by the East Lombok Police Traffic Unit to traffic violations by mining truck drivers. This research was carried out at the East Lombok Police Station. The method used in this research is empirical research using a sociological approach. The results determined that law enforcement efforts are repressive and preventive actions. The repressive efforts are by direct law action against the truck driver who committed the violation. The preventive efforts are lowering the number of traffic violations by providing direct counseling and appeals and warning posters on the side of the road.
