Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi seksual merupakan upaya krusial dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi seksual terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kecamatan Tosari. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental, dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2024. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII yang diambil secara keseluruhan atau total populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk mengukur signifikansi perbedaan antara dua kelompok data, yaitu data pretest dan posttest, baik pada tingkat pengetahuan maupun sikap. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan signifikan tingkat pengetahuan (p < 0,05) dan perubahan positif pada sikap remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi setelah intervensi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi seksual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja. Kesimpulan: Program pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi seksual perlu diintegrasikan lebih luas di sekolah sebagai bagian dari kurikulum untuk membantu remaja memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi mereka.

This study addresses a highly pertinent public health issue by investigating the influence of sexual reproductive health (SRH) education on the knowledge and attitudes of high school adolescents in Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. Utilizing a quantitative, one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design, the research aimed to assess changes within a substantial sample of 250 students across multiple grades. The methodology, including the use of pre- and post-intervention questionnaires and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for data analysis, appears appropriate for identifying significant shifts in the target variables following the educational intervention. Future research could enhance the robustness of these findings by employing a more rigorous experimental design, such as a randomized controlled trial. Additionally, the abstract could benefit from providing more detail on the specific content, duration, and delivery method of the SRH education intervention to facilitate replication and deeper understanding of what components were most effective. Despite these methodological considerations, the study offers valuable preliminary data and a strong practical recommendation for integrating SRH education into school curricula.
