Introduction

Pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan bumdes berbasis digital dan keberkahan usaha di desa argawana. Pendampingan BUMDes Argawana tingkatkan kemampuan pelaporan keuangan digital via Excel & integrasikan nilai keberkahan usaha. Skor post-test naik 30 poin, tata kelola lebih akuntabel.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in recording and preparing digital-based financial statements and integrating the value of blessings in business management. The activity was carried out at BUMDes Argawana Village, Pulo Ampel District, Serang Regency, which has a laying hen business unit. Based on the results of initial observations, financial management is still carried out simply through income and expenditure recapitulation and has not used Microsoft Excel or accounting applications. The implementation method includes observation, pre-test, training, direct practice, mentoring, and post-test. The training focuses on understanding transactions, grouping income and expenses, using Microsoft Excel, and compiling simple financial statements. The results of the activity showed that the average pre-test score of the administrators of 55.00 increased to 85.00 in the post-test, with an increase of 30 points. The results of the N-Gain analysis obtained an average value of 0.67 which is included in the medium category. In addition to increasing knowledge, the management showed better ability to record transactions digitally, conduct recapitulation, and store financial data more systematically. The integration of blessing values is realized through strengthening the principles of trust, honesty, transparency, accountability, and benefits in business management. This activity shows that practice-based mentoring using simple technology can be the first step in improving the quality of BUMDes financial management as well as building management awareness of the importance of responsible business governance and oriented to the benefit of the community.
