Abstract

Pelaku UMKM Womenprenuer merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM yang seluruhnya adalah ibu rumah tangga menyebabkan kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan akan merek dan pencatatan keuangan. Survei awal menunjukkan UMKM Womenpreneur mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk yang diproduksi akibat belum adanya pengelolaan logo dan merek yang baik.  Hak merek adalah sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pemberian identitas kepada pelaku usaha.  Tujuan pendampingan ini untuk memberikan identitas dan perlindungan hukum untuk usaha. Metode pendampingan dilakukukan dalam empat tahap yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. pendampingan hak merek mitra, dapat membantu mereka memahami, mengendalikan, dan memanfaatkan hak merek dengan lebih baik, yang akan membantu mereka meningkatkan daya saing dan menciptakan keberlanjutan dalam jangka panjang. Hasil kegiatan tujuh pelaku UMKM didaftarkan hak merek dagang. UMKM dengan hak merek dapat membedakan barang dan jasa mereka dari pesaing dengan membangun strategi merek yang unik dan menarik perhatian konsumen dalam persaingan yang ketat. UMKM dapat memahami pentingnya hak merek sebagai aset hukum untuk melindungi identitas bisnis UMKM.
