Introduction

Pemberdayaan umkm melalui teknologi digital dan kepatuhan hukum di kampung moibaken, biak barat, kabupaten biak numfor . Tingkatkan kapasitas UMKM di Kampung Moibaken, Biak Barat, dengan pelatihan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran dan pemahaman kepatuhan hukum usaha, perizinan, serta perlindungan konsumen.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM, khususnya petani dan peternak di Kampung Moibaken, Biak Barat, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital serta pemahaman terhadap aspek hukum usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung dan penyuluhan hukum terpadu yang melibatkan tim multidisiplin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait penggunaan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran, serta pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap regulasi hukum, seperti perizinan usaha dan perlindungan konsumen.

Overall, this community service activity represents a valuable contribution to UMKM development in remote areas. Its strength lies in its holistic approach, recognizing that sustainable empowerment requires not only technological savvy but also legal literacy. While the abstract effectively highlights the immediate increase in knowledge, future reporting could potentially explore the long-term impact on business growth or the sustained application of learned skills. Nevertheless, the initiative successfully demonstrates a replicable model for capacity building, providing a strong foundation for UMKM actors in Kampung Moibaken to navigate the modern economic landscape with greater confidence and legal soundness.
