SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Limpung berdasarkan pengamatan telah menerapkan konsep Teacing Factory dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik, namun masih memiliki kendala yaitu pada pencatatan administrasi jasa servis. Perlu adanya pelatihan khusus bagi guru dan siswa dalam mengelola data pelanggan servis yang masuk secara administratif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Dengan Workshop Management Administration, peserta pelatihan akan mendapatkan keterampilan dalam mengelola data pelanggan secara professional. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi bisnis sepeda motor di era society 5.0 dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Workshop Management Administration Smart Rapid Service. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode training simulasi dan pertemuan dilaksanakan secara langsung. Hasilnya adalah terdapat peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan data pelanggan yang lebih administrative. Dari 20 peserta, 75% peserta mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sangat baik, dan 25% peserta dengan baik. Hal tersebut dapat diukur dalam keterampilannya saat memasukkan data pelanggan, data pembelaian barang, mengecek penjualan, biaya jasa, mengecek stok barang dan mencetak nota pembayaran.
