Pengelolaan kas di lingkungan RT dan RW pada Cluster Pesona Karawaci sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan dan aplikasi sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel. Metode ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, antara lain risiko kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan fisik yang besar, dan kurangnya transparansi dalam pelaporan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi manajemen kas berbasis website. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan pendekatan Agile, sehingga mendukung iterasi cepat dan kolaborasi tim. Fitur utama sistem meliputi pencatatan kas masuk dan keluar, pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis, validasi data untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input, serta akses multi-user dengan kontrol hak akses. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan kas, sekaligus mendukung proses audit dan pelaporan yang lebih baik. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung operasional keuangan di lingkungan RT dan RW Cluster Pesona Karawaci.
