Kelelahan menjadi permasalahan di bidang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. sekitar 32% pekerja dunia mengalami kelelahan akibat kerja, sekitar 18.3–27% pekerja mengalami kelelahan berat saat bekerja, sebesar 45%. Dilihat tren kasus kecelakaan kerja di indonesia hingga tahun 2022 sebanyak 265.334 kasus yang disebabkan kelelahan, kelelahan masih menjadi faktor utama terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menegetahui gambaran kelelahan kerja karyawan PT. Adhi Karya. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Adhi Karya sebanyak 63 karyawan yang bekerja di proyek pembangunan Rusun Mahata Serpong. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karyawan yang mengalami kelelahan berat sebanyak 41 (65,1%). Karyawan yang berusia lansia (46-66 Tahun) sebanyak 6 (75,0%) lebih banyak mengalami kelelahan kerja berat. Karyawan dengan ststus merokok (merokok) sebanyak 30 (73,2%) lebih banyak mengalami kelelahan berat. Karyawan dengan kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 40 (67,8%) lebih banyak mengalami kelelahan berat. Karyawan dengan masa kerja ≥ 3 tahun sebanyak 32 (68,1%) lebih banyak mengalami kelelahan berat. Karyawan dengan beban kerja berat sebanyak 27 (79,4%) lebih banyak mengalami kelelahan berat. Masih terdapat karyawan yang mengalami kelelahan berat, untuk mengurangi rasa lelah tersebut pihak perusahaan dapat memberikan pelatihan mencegah terjadinya kelelahan kerja.
