Abstract

Penegakan hukum merupakan suatu proses dilakukannya upaya untuk dapat tegak atau berfungsinya norma norma hukum yang berlaku dan telah diatur sebagai pedoman perilakunya dalam lalu lintas atau hubungan-hubungan hukum dalam kehidupan manusia bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Secara luas, proses dalam penegakan hukum itu melibatkan semua subjek hukum dalam setiap hubungan hukum menjalankan aturan normatif atau melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu dengan mendasarkan diri pada norma aturan hukum yang berlaku, maka hal itu berarti telah menjalankan atau menegakkan aturan hukum
