Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat bagi PT Get Data Solutions sebagai perusahaan aggregator big data operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia. Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan analisis data di berbagai sektor industri seperti FMCG, perbankan/fintech, periklanan digital, dan logistik menjadi peluang yang signifikan, namun di sisi lain persaingan yang ketat, perkembangan teknologi yang cepat, dan tuntutan regulasi yang kompleks menjadi tantangan utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IFE Matrik, EFE Matrik dan CPM .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Get Data Solutions perlu memfokuskan strategi pada diferensiasi layanan yang menonjolkan keamanan data, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta kemudahan integrasi teknologi dengan sistem klien. Selain itu, strategi segmentasi dan positioning yang tepat perlu diterapkan untuk memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pasar. Rekomendasi strategi meliputi penguatan kapabilitas teknologi, optimalisasi nilai tambah bagi pelanggan, serta pengembangan kemitraan strategis lintas industri. Dengan penerapan strategi yang terarah dan adaptif, PT Get Data Solutions berpotensi memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis di industri big data yang dinamis.
