Proses penerimaan barang di gudang PT. Indomarco Adi Prima menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi operasional akibat adanya aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah (non-value-added). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi pemborosan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan Process Activity Mapping (PAM), serta memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa waktu proses aktual mencapai 9.259 detik, yang terdiri dari 5.806 detik waktu proses inti dan 3.453 detik waktu yang tidak bernilai tambah. Melalui implementasi usulan perbaikan, total waktu proses berhasil dikurangi menjadi 5.994 detik, dengan pengurangan signifikan pada waktu yang tidak bernilai tambah menjadi hanya 522 detik. Usulan perbaikan mencakup penambahan alat material handling, optimalisasi sistem pencatatan, dan pengurangan waktu transportasi serta penundaan. Dengan penerapan usulan ini, perusahaan dapat mengurangi pemborosan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memenuhi kebutuhan distribusi secara lebih efektif.
