Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hal-hal berikut kinerja rantai pasok PT Asia Makmur, pola rantai pasok, persediaan bahan baku, dan efisiensi produksi. Pemilik perusahaan biji kopi, pemasok, dan petani menjadi responden dalam survei ini. Sebuah studi kasus digunakan sebagai teknik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa produk, kas, dan arus informasi rantai pasokan PT Asia Makmur semuanya beroperasi secara efisien.
