Abstract

Gedung rawat inap Rumah Sakit Condong Catur memiliki luas bangunan 620 m2 terdiri dari 3 lantai dan menggunakan fondasi telapak dengan perkuatan siklop batu kali. Daya dukung tanah adalah kemampuan tanah menahan tekanan/beban bangunan tanpa menimbulkan keruntuhan dan penurunan yang berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis daya dukung dan penurunan fondasi gedung rawat inap Rumah Sakit Condong Catur dengan software Plaxis. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data penyelidikan tanah dan data struktur atas untuk digunakan dalam menganalisis daya dukung dan penurunan pada fondasi eksisting gedung rawat inap Rumah Sakit Condong Catur. Hasil analisis diperoleh daya dukung ijin netto tanah untuk fondasi tipe 1 (FT1) metode Terzaghi sebesar 868,062 kN/m2 dan metode Meyerhoff sebesar 1227,116 kN/m2, untuk fondasi tipe 2 (FT2) metode Terzaghi sebesar 767,092 kN/m2 dan metode Meyerhoff sebesar 1206,106 kN/m2. Penurunan terbesar untuk fondasi tipe 1 (FT1), metode penurunan segera (Si) ada pada fondasi node 17 sebesar 4,376 mm, penurunan total (UZ) software Plaxis 3D ada pada fondasi node 17 sebesar 7,743 mm. Penurunan terbesar untuk fondasi tipe 2 (FT2) metode penurunan segera (Si) ada pada fondasi node 3 sebesar 3,523 mm, penurunan total (UZ) software Plaxis 3D ada pada fondasi node 2 sebesar 7,159 mm.
