Abstract

A Atenção Básica prima pela construção de vínculo entre equipes e usuários como possibilidade de efetivação dos princípios do SUS. Contudo, ainda é marcante no cotidiano das práticas a perspectiva do modelo biomédico, caracterizado por autoritarismos e centralismos na tomada de decisão. Isso convoca à reflexão sobre como se dão as intervenções e os efeitos das vinculações afetivas no trabalho em saúde. Assim, objetiva-se analisar a importância e os efeitos do vínculo entre profissionais e usuários para a potencialização do cuidado. Para isso expõem-se dois casos envolvendo crianças atendidas em uma Unidade de Saúde da Família pela equipe de residentes multiprofissionais e profissionais da Atenção Básica. Para a confecção deste estudo utilizou-se diário de campo produzido com a colaboração da residente e autora deste trabalho. Destaca-se que, após acolhimento e vinculação com o usuário e a família, foi possível conhecer outras realidades e demandas, que resultaram em intervenções mais efetivas de cuidado. Afirma-se a importância da aproximação com o território e as famílias acompanhadas, valorizando percepções e sentidos que cada um atribui às questões de vida para o cuidado em saúde.

This study addresses a highly pertinent and critical issue within Primary Health Care: the pivotal role of "vínculo" (bond) as a foundational practice of care. The abstract effectively highlights a persistent tension between the stated principles of the Brazilian public health system (SUS), which advocate for relational care, and the enduring influence of the biomedical model, characterized by its authoritarian and centralized approach. The research sets out to thoughtfully explore how affective bonds between health professionals and users can significantly enhance and potentiate care, making a timely and valuable contribution to discussions surrounding humanized and comprehensive health practices. To achieve its objective, the paper employs a qualitative approach, presenting two compelling case studies involving children attended by a multiprofessional resident team and other Primary Health Care professionals in a Family Health Unit. The use of a field diary, collaboratively produced by the resident and author, provides a rich, experiential lens into the care process. A central finding is that through "acolhimento" (welcoming) and "vinculação" (bonding), professionals were able to uncover deeper realities and diverse demands, directly translating into more effective and tailored interventions. This methodological choice allows for a nuanced exploration of how relational proximity fosters a profound understanding of the user's context, which is crucial for holistic care. The study powerfully affirms the critical importance of approximating with the local territory and the families being cared for, emphasizing the need to value the unique perceptions and meanings individuals attribute to their life situations within the health care context. While the abstract presents a focused qualitative exploration, its findings offer significant implications for strengthening Primary Health Care practices, guiding professional training, and potentially influencing health policy to prioritize relational aspects of care. The work provides a strong argument for moving beyond a purely technical approach to health, underscoring "vínculo" not merely as a soft skill, but as an indispensable and transformative practice for achieving the principles of equity and comprehensiveness envisioned by the SUS.
