Methodologically, the paper adopts a quantitative research design with an associative approach, which is appropriate for investigating the relationships between variables. The use of a saturated sample of 50 respondents indicates a comprehensive inclusion of the target population within the specific branch, though the generalizability might be limited by this sample size and organizational context. The planned data analysis techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, are standard and robust for this type of quantitative study, suggesting a rigorous analytical process. The main findings suggest that both Work From Home and work discipline exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both individually and in combination. This leads to the conclusion that a "better WFH work system and work discipline" correlates with improved performance. While this offers clear actionable insights for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and similar organizations, the abstract leaves room for further detail in the full paper regarding how "better WFH work system" is defined or operationalized and the specific mechanisms through which work discipline translates into performance gains.
