Tata kelola administrasi desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa cicau kecamatan cikarang pusat kabupaten bekasi. Hadapi tantangan SDM, artikel ini mengulas tata kelola administrasi & penerapan good governance dalam pemerintahan Desa Cicau, Bekasi, sesuai UU No. 6/2014 demi desa sejahtera.
Permasalahan klasik terjadi di desa – desa hampir seluruh Indonesia adalah sumber daya manusia yang kurang kompeten dalam mengelola desanya sehingga potensi sumber daya alam tidak bisa di kelola oleh desa tetapi dikuasai oleh pihak – pihak di luar desa tersebut. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut harus adanya program, sistem, kebijakan aturan, Undang – Undang yang terintegrasi baik dari pemerintah pusat, pemeritah provinsi, maupun pemerintah daerah untuk desa. Undang – Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa memberikan tanggung jawab yang besar bagi pemerintah Desa, diharapkan desa bisa menjadi milestone (tonggak) bagi terciptanya desa yang sejahtera. Permasalahan yang kompleks diharapkan bisa diuraikan satu demi persatu yang merupakan benang merah dari permasalahan klasik tersebut. Tata kelola yang baik (good governance) merupakan hal pertama yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa. Tulisan ini mengulas tentang penerapan good governance dalam tata kelola desa. Adapun pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan deksriptif kualitatif sehingga penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang penerapan prinsip good governance dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa.
